The type of personal information collected
County Safeguarding Ltd only holds the data necessary to offer advertised services. This means we only process and hold data related to subscriptions, purchases and subsequent support related to those purchases, in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Any processing of your data is only done to provide or perform the services or products you have requested.

Your information is securely stored electronically.
We keep all personal information for the time required to fulfil the services you have requested and our financial reporting obligations (e.g. accounting and tax submissions). We will then dispose your information by deleting all files.


We keep details of courses you have attended for five years. It is deleted after five years.
